Lyle V. Pippert, age 73, of Council Bluffs, passed away at his home on November 14, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Mason City, Iowa, on April 14, 1942 to the late Arlyn and Luella (Odland) Pippert. Lyle earned an associates degree and worked in communications for nearly 50 years. He was a member of Southview Bible Church. Lyle was also a Mason and Past Master of Trinity Lodge #208 in Davenport, Iowa.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 45 years, Roberta Pippert; children, David and Natalee Pippert, Juliane and Marvin Myers, Sarah and Jason Van Wyk, Mary and Michael Brumm; 7 grandchildren.
