Richard L. Noe

Richard was born on February 26, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018. Richard was a resident of Altamont, Kansas at the time of passing. He grew up and attended school in Mason City, Iowa, graduating from high school there in 1960. Shortly following high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for a time in Canada and then in 1966 served one tour of duty in Vietnam. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral in Parsons with Pastor Kent Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at the Fort Scott National Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kansas.
