Obituary for Cecelia "Francine" Miller

Cecelia “Francine” Miller, age 76, of Waterloo, met her Lord face to face on February 21, 2019 with her family by her side.

Francine was born to the late Ronald and Freda Clausen on July 29, 1942, in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from Mason City High School and then attended North Central Bible College from 1960-1961.

She married Jerry Miller in 1961, and began a life of service to the Lord. Francine and Jerry served faithfully in ministry for 57 years in several churches in Wisconsin, Ohio, and Iowa. Francine is survived by her four children: David, of Waterloo, IA; Becki (Jeff) of Farmington, MN; John (Kristen) of Stephens City, VA; and Matt (Nicole) of Waverly, IA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and her beloved brother, Mark (Sharon) of Mason City, IA.

Francine loved the Lord with all her heart. Her life’s passion was to love people; in Jesus’ name. She nurtured and cared for everyone as if they were her own. Francine was a mighty prayer warrior and her faith and relationship with her God was unmatched. Her positive, life-giving words gave encouragement and hope to so many.

Francine was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories of a life well lived, and was certainly dearly loved.
